Gary Beck – company director and project manager
As a child Gary got a taste for the construction industry whilst working school holidays in his dad’s roofing company. At 16 he did a 5 year apprenticeship specialising in building extensions. During this time he acquired NVQs level 3 in brickwork and carpentry and won the silver trowel award at East Surrey College. He became a site foreman at 21 and ran a team before spending 2 years mastering plastering. Next he entered the world of price work on construction sites in Sydney, Brisbane, London and Brighton. For the last five years he has specialised in project managing high spec residential projects in and around London. As well as coming highly recommended in this role he is versatile and highly skilled in most trades with a particular passion and talent for crafting bespoke features from timber or concrete. He continues to add to his skill base and interest for being at the cutting edge of his industry by developing his knowledge and skills within the growing eco build sector.

James Elder – Roofing specialist and general builder
James also trained from a young age within Gary’s father’s roofing company and now has 20 years experience. He is also skilled at most other areas of building work although roofing remains his main trade.

Matthew Berney – Kitchen fitter and general builder
Matthew started as a kitchen fitter 10 years ago. He has an excellent eye for design, colour and space and a natural ability to bring this into his kitchen designs. He also has experience in many other areas of the building trade although design and building kitchen spaces remains his area of expertise.

Max Tansley - Tiller and general builder
Max has 15 years experience tiling since training within his dad’s company. Although he takes on all aspects of tiling he specialises in tessellates and has a keen creative edge.

Mitch Mellor - Dry Stone and Flint Wall Specialist
Mitch has worked as a dry stone and flint wall specialist for 11 years and is very talented in his field.
